lights with radius reaching beyond walls into the next room will still be optimized away if they have cast shadow enabled
lights with light texture "lights/ambient" light all surfaces in its radius ignoring impact angle and they never cast shadows
the average light count per surface should be 2 (see r_showlightcount)
